These are a specialty type of pickle called a fire and ice pickle, meaning that all of our flavors of pickles are sweet with some degree of heat. Those Pickle Ladies specialize in fire and ice pickles in four different flavors: Texan granny (very mild heat), sizzling steer (medium-mild heat), red rooster (made with Sirach) and pickles of the dead (made with ghost chili pepper - very hot). Our pickles are super crunchy pickle slices, making them ideal to top on a burger or hotdog or easily chopped to add to tuna salad, chicken salad, deviled eggs or whatever your creativity comes up with! This is based on a secret family recipe and we think you'll find them almost addictive.
