The Fly Crate's 10 Pack of Tippet Rings extend the life of your tapered leaders without compromising the strength or buoyancy of your leaders and line. 

★ Please note that tippet rings are best used with heavier weight tippet and leader. Without properly lubrication when tightening or by using light weight tippet and leader, you risk breakages. ★

Tippet rings are extremely light and do not harm your casting ability. With no added drag and no significant weight added, you can roll cast, mend, and fish dry flies with no difficulties.

Swap out or add more tippet with ease as you save time and money on leaders. With 10 rings per pack, you'll have more than enough. These are excellent for European style and or Czech nymphing and adding droppers to your lead fly. Tie one on with a simple Clinch Knot and you're good to go.

• 2mm diameter rings are tough enough to withstand the tug of up to 25lb trout. These are great for multi nymph, dry fly, and soft hackle rigs. 
• 3mm diameter rings can support 45lb steelhead. These are perfect for big streamers, bass bugs, winter steelhead, and conditions that call for heavier poundage.
