Titanium anode for electrochemical applications, titanium anode fabric with MMO ruthenium iridium coating and cathode electrolyte fabric without coating
Composition: an anode grid made of titanium, coated with electrocatalytic MMO precious metal oxide coating and a cathode grid made of pure titanium.
Advantages of titanium electrode: Titanium meshes are both use industrial pure Gr1 titanium as a substrate, with dimensional stability, good electrical conductivity. And the substrate can be recycled and re-coated with MMO for reuse.
Characteristic of Ruthenium Iridium Coating: The surface of the titanium anode is coated with ruthenium-iridium by a special process, which has good electrocatalytic performance and resistance to electrolytic oxidation, and can produce a better electrolytic response than other electrodes, which can provide better conversion efficiency. It is also characterised by a high melting point, high strength and stable electrothermal properties.
Applications: water treatment for chlorine-alkali industry, chlorine production, electrolytic production of sodium hypochlorite, wastewater treatment and swimming pool cleaning.
What you get: Two pieces of titanium electrode, the effective surface of cathode and anode are both 50 x 50 x 1 mm (2 x 2 x 0.04 inches) with titanium terminal of 15 x 10 mm (0.6 x 0.4 inches), as shown in the picture.
