- Length of the stick can be set to stay constant or adjusted on the fly to be thrusted out and back by a trainer – simulating real punches
- Extended foam base grip, mid-length foam rubber lead hand grip, and a 6” length round end foam that is specifically crafted for securely attaching a boxing glove
- Middle lead hand grip allows the trainer to thrust the Gladiator Stick back and forth to simulate a real opponent’s punches
