Our bone-in veal chops come in two variations: thick and thicker. Both are butter soft and juicy, raised and processed in the United States. Today Gourmet has been sourcing these veal chops for more than a decade and we don’t believe you will find better value veal chop anywhere else.
Each veal chop is individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to lock in flavor and juices. Flash freezing uses cold temperatures to maintain freshness, preserve nutrients and protect the product from external impurities.
With both variations, remove the number of chops you need for the meal and thaw in the refrigerator (or you put in a bag in cold water if you need to thaw more quickly). These beauties are wonderful on the grill and perfect for most any preparation method you desire.
