- These standard size plastic flights will offer a bit more drag than a traditional paper flight. They can be used with any Fit Shaft. They last much longer than traditional flights.
- The fit flight system prevents "Robin Hooding" which will lead to increased scoring. These Fit Flights must be used with Fit Shafts.
- The Fit Flight Air is lighter than a standard Fit Flight. Its added flexibility helps to prevent shaft breakage since it offers more bounce if the darts hit the floor.
Fit Flight is an innovative flight and shaft system. In most ordinary and common flight and shaft systems installation requires sliding fins into 4 narrow slots, and this old style method requires the use of many small parts for locked type flights and or unwanted holes in the flight itself making the flight more susceptible to falling off the shaft. Besides the fact that handling these small parts can be difficult or tedious, causing unnecessary stress and distraction to the player during practice or competition. The Fit Flight system was developed by Cosmo Darts as a superior alternative to the old system, and to help players elevate their game. It is the only flight used by many of the top U.S. Pro Players including Tom Sawyer. These flights have been designed to his specifications. The "Original 9" logo commemorates his 9 time Massachusetts State Championship team.
