HOW TO USE
1.Take off the connector and fill in water or colonic irrigation liquid, ensure the liquid capacity is enough for each use
2. Anti-backflow plug should install on the connector, and twist it tightly, then connected on the enema ball.
3. Please use disinfectant or water clean the nozzle of the enema bulb.
4. Please paint the lube on the nozzle.
5. Lay on the ground,insert the nozzle down into your body by 1-1.5inch, squeeze the enema ball slowly.
6. Repeat Step 5 until the liquid is used up or you feel the bowel is clean

HOW TO CLEAN
1. To separate douche
2. Prepare warm water and add alcohol or vinegar
3. Completely soak and repeatedly squeeze clean
4. Dry in the sun upside down
