TotalBoat TotalProtect Epoxy Barrier Coat System
- High build two part epoxy primer and barrier coat for use above and below the waterline
- Excellent for gelcoat blister prevention and repair work on fiberglass boats
- Provides superior corrosion protection on all underwater metals
- Easy to mix and apply by roller or spray. No sanding required. Fast drying primer creates a flexible, durable epoxy barrier coat.
- Available in your choice of White or Gray in Quart or Gallon size kit. Coverage: Estimated coverage @ 2 mils dry thickness per coat is 400 sq. ft. per gallon.
TotalProtect is a high build epoxy primer for use above and below the waterline. It creates a barrier coat to prevent water absorption and migration, the main cause of blistered fiberglass hulls. It is also an excellent primer for all underwater metals. This 2 part primer can be used with all paints. 3 to 1 mix ratio formula is easy to use, dries quickly, and requires no sanding. After mixing thoroughly, allow an induction period of 20 minutes prior to reduction and application. Compare to Interlux Interprotect, and Pettit Protect marine primers.
