This tool is made with perforated holes to drain the meat and also has an angled fin and a tapered edge that makes breaking up your ground meat effortless. This tool is Food Safe, BPA Free, dishwasher safe and heat resistant up to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit (204 Celsius)
