I thought of this idea last track season when my daughter kept losing her track spikes. As an engineer in the aerospace industry, I am familiar with how to keep fasteners in their threaded holes. I knew a perfect solution. This Resin will not harden like traditional threadlockers and dampens and absorbs vibration. Fasteners are easily adjusted, removed and reused up to 3 times. Each of the spikes' threads have been painted by hand. Hex-base makes it the easiest spike to install and remove ever made. Case-hardened steel with a black zinc plated process gives it extreme durability for extended life. Poly Bag includes 20 spikes. Installation: Twist spike clock-wise by hand into the threaded hole to start thread. If it is difficult to start, you may need to pick some of the resin off the lead of the spike thread. Once the threading has started, an adjustable wrench or a 1/4" socket or wrench will be required to produce the required torque. Continue turning spike until it is snug and flush with threaded hole.
