Part 1
Emily is finally on the verge of success. After years of struggling up the corporate ladder and crushing everyone who has gotten away, she is finally going to receive the promotion she deserves. But first, she has to pass a physical.

Little does she know, Emily is walking into a trap. Her biggest rival, Daniel Smith, has bribed the doctor. Dr. Miller isn't going to just examine Emily. No, after a series of embarrassing and invasive procedures, he is going to give her a very special dose of medicine, one that will turn Emily into a docile little girl. And once the medicine takes hold, he will deliver her to Daniel.

Part 2
Emily finds herself in the home of Daniel Smith, her biggest rival and enemy at work. Diapered and confined to a crib, she struggles against the effects of Dr. Miller's medicine. The compounds in her bloodstream make her behave more like a child. She toddles along, she can't concentrate like an adult, and she needs constant supervision.

Nanny Stephanie can take care of her. She knows how to spank naughty little girls. If Emily is unwilling to play and behave herself, then she's going to need lots of discipline. This might mean spankings. This might mean enforced naptime.

The drug is quite effective, but Emily is stubborn and resilient. She isn't going to allow Daniel to win. After one tantrum too many, Daniel decides that she needs to pay another visit to the doctor's officeâ€¦

Part 3
After her second visit to Dr. Miller's clinic, Emily doesn't feel like herself. Little by little, she is losing her adulthood. In fact, she doesn't even view Daniel as her captor any longer. Instead, he becomes her strict daddy.

With Dr. Miller's special medicine in her body, Emily just wants to be a good little girl. She plays with her stuffed animals, and she loves all of the attention she gets from her nanny and her Daddy.

More importantly, Emily isn't trying to escape anymore. Rather, Emily simply wants to be a good girl. She's willing to do anything it takes to please Daniel. She will be down on her knees or on her back, so long as she can make him happy.

Part 4
After several days of training and subjugation, Daniel is finally satisfied with Emily's behavior. Even so, he has come to a decision. She needs one final visit to Dr. Miller's clinic. This time, she is going to get a very unique treatment, one which will make her regression permanent.

Emily struggles against her newfound babyhood. She doesn't want to be diapered and crawling on the floor. She doesn't want to be a plaything for Daniel and her nanny. She resists the spankings and the corporal punishment. She tries to fight off the medicine and the procedures.

Unless she can get out soon, she is going to become a diapered toddler forever.
