One of the most popular recipes includes Emmental cheese, a slice of ham and an egg. Recipe as translated from the package: 8.8oz Treblec 2 tsp Oil Pinch of salt, pepper 1 egg, separated About 16 oz water Mix flours with egg yolk, add water to make a moderate consistency Whip egg white stiff, add salt and pepper and oil. Fold egg whites into flour mixture Let rest 1 hour. Add water a bit at a time if it becomes too thick.
