- The height can be adjusted by adding or subtracting foam pads. The Original and Wide Lumbar products consists of two foam pads. The Super Lumbar consists of three.

The TruContour lumbar support pillow was designed with input from a Board Certified Neurologist. It is placed under the lower back in the back or side sleeping positions, and under the stomach when stomach sleeping. The pillow provides support to the thoracic and lumbar curves in the back and stomach sleeping positions, and helps to keep the spine level in the side sleeping position.

Available in two product sizes. The Light Lumbar and Super Lumbar. The Light Lumbar offers light to moderate support. The Super Lumbar allows the pillow height and degree of support to be adjusted from light to strong support. It's ideal for those who want to try different levels of support or for those who need a medium to high level of back support.

Constructed of medical grade memory foam to maximize both comfort and support. Covered by a super-soft, machine washable velour cover. Pillow and case are hypoallergenic.
