Tips:
Use your hands to hold the speaker until u realize speaker fully matching the base, otherwise the speaker will fall down, prior to take away the Speaker ball before turn off the power or the speaker will fall down. Trouble Shooting
Q1:speaker ball cannot float.
A:Pls make sure the base of bluetooth speaker is with battery, check the statue of base light. the bottom center of speaker ball shall point to the base center.
Q2:speaker falls down during music playing.
A:speaker ball is power off.
Q3:base is power off in hot temperature.
A:there is temperature control device inside base,which will cut off power automatically when temperature reach 60+/-5 C,so let speaker work again after base turns colder.
Q4: Cannot pair with Bluetooth
A: Pls make sure the Bluetooth speaker is fully charged and can be searched
Q5: No sound
A: pls check and make if it is fully charged and volume is not at the lowest
