Bladders filled with water only can be reused a number of times, just clean with fresh water between uses. Bladders filled with liquids other than water should be replaced to prevent bacterial growth. Get fresh bladders and clean hydration for a very reasonable price. Both drink tube, bite valve and adaptor cap should be cleaned regularly for best possible hygiene. Just detach the bite valve and adaptor cap from the drink tube and drop it in a jar filled with warm water and a teaspoon of soap. Shake the jar for 30 seconds and let it soak for 20 minutes.
