1.Clean your chest with mild soap and water.
2. Remove the protective film from the bra and carefully store it for re- use.
3. Stick deep U plunge bra on where your normal bra would sit. Use swoop and scoop method to place breasts comfortably into contour cups and re- stick wings for best fit.
4. With both hands on the bra cups press and hold firm for a few seconds to adhere cups to skin.
