Its narrow profile and hand-honed edge make it an excellent choice for a boning knife. The blade is six inches long and expertly forged from tough German high-carbon stainless steel with molybdenum vanadium. The exceptional quality of the steel ensures that the knife holds an edge remarkably well and resists corrosion. The handle of the knife is made from durable slip-resistant POM and has a contoured shape to better fit your hand.
