*Reboot the headsets when the touch button doesn't work occasionally.
*The eartips on the headsets may have white dust on them. This is the packing material and it adhears to the silicone eartips in the transportation. Don't worry that they are not used headsets.
*The micro USB interface doesn't completely fits with the earbud's charging slot and this is not defective item. Do not move the headsets when they are charging in case of the charging slot being damaged
