Upgraded QDB10 Torch to Hose Quick Connect Set, With Check Valves. Brass construction color coded for safety (oxy/green, fuel/red).
Product Description: Our quick connect kit is a connector between the oxyacetylene torch hose and the oxyacetylene torch kit. There are color coded plugs and sockets for the same gas use as the plug. For example, the oxygen plug is only connected to the oxygen socket, it cannot be physically connected to the fuel gas socket or to the insert gas socket
Connecting the socket to the plug: 1. Hold the plug and socket. 2. Press together until the color-coded sleeve on the socket moves slightly forward and locks securely. 3. Gently pull on the hose to check that the connection is secure. Note: During use, be sure to check for gas leaks after installation
Disconnect the socket from the plug: 1. Hold the color-coded sleeves on the plugs and sockets. 2. Pull the sleeve to the right. When the sleeve is pulled back, it will release the plug and the airflow will stop immediately. Note:always shut off gas at source when work is completed. after disconnecting plug, take care of plug to avoid damage
Maintenance Care: quick connects should be checked periodically for leaks-at least erery six(6) months or in the event of flashback or backfire. check valves need to be tested more frequantly if they are exposed to unclean conditions
Warm Tips: The following safety and operating instructions must be followed each time a quick release coupling is installed on welding equipment, and all warning statements must be strictly observed. Our QDB10 quick connect set is made of high quality materials for better durability and performance. Customer satisfaction is always our goal
