When Veena kindly let me read an advanced copy of her book, Upsells Unleashed, I thought "Oh, I’ll whizz through this in a day". Boy, was I was wrong.
As I quickly paged through it, I started to draw comparisons with my business. And it wasn’t long before I started scribbling ideas down.
