The Valor Fitness DD-25 Adjustable Utility Bench has maximum versatility, allowing you to incline to 7 positions, slight decline to laying flat and then 5 more until you reach an upright position. The bench position allows you to perform a multiple array of exercises with your free weights. Move into the incline position and you start to focus on shoulders, arms and back. Drop down to the decline position and your core becomes the center of attention. Features a 2"x2" 12-gauge steel frame with a high density, tapered, dual-layer wrap-around seat pad measuring 14"x13.5/10.25"x2.25" and dual-layer back pad with steel frame tubing for extra support measuring 34.25"x9.5"x2". The adjustable wrap-around seat cushion allows comfortable support behind the knees while in the decline position. The adjustable leg support will hold legs in place when doing decline/sit ups. 4 base pads encased in a rubber cap help to protect the flooring in your home gym and add stability to your workouts. Ideal for use with the Valor Fitness BE-11 Smith Machine featuring linear bearings. Also, this bench can be used with any power rack, such as our BD-7 Power Rack or just as a utility bench for stationary workouts. Compatible with our EX-2 Preacher Curl Attachment and our EX-1 Leg Lift Accessory.
