The Vasi Fidget Spinner is the leading answer to staying focused and keeping calm or getting rid of bad habits. If you have ADHD or anxiety this the perfect solution to keep you calm and focused. Or if you are trying to stop biting your nails or trying to quit smoking cigarettes, this is guaranteed to take your mind off of those bad habits. With its ability to spin for over a minute and up to 4 mins or more depending on the power of your spin, it gives you something to do to relax your mind. It spins super fast and its built to withstand the heat that is generated from all the spinning. It is made with high quality stainless steel bearings so that you can have an almost friction-less spin everytime! It is extremely consistent and incredibly durable! This Spinner is nothing short of amazing! HOW TO SPIN: you can place on a table top and hold the center with one finger on one hand and spin with your other hand. Or you can hold the center on both sides with your index finger and thumb and spin with your other hand. When you become more advanced, you will be able to spin with only one hand by holding the spinner in the center on both sides with your index finger and thumb, and flicking with your middle finger. HOW TO CHANGE BEARINGS: you must use a lot of pressure to push the bearings out. You can then replace the bearings with other bearings by pushing them in the same way you pushed them out. It is recommended to take the cap off of the middle and use a flat surface to push the new bearings in. This way the new bearings can be perfectly lined up when you push them in. (Note: changing bearings may cause fluctuations in spin times.) For any issues please contact support and we will help!
