- 3. Device Substitution Query: Enter the part number to be queried and press the“Substitute Query” button to know if there are other devices with the same logic function.
- 4. Dynamic aging of the device: When the dynamic stability of the device under test is suspected, just enter the model number of the device and place the device under test on the corresponding locking socket. Press the“Dynamic Aging” button and the instrument can perform dynamic aging and continuous testing on the device.
