How to calculate cattle / pigs weight suring a measuring tape?
In determining the live weight of CATTLE the chest circumference of the animal is measured behind the humps of the elbow-joints. After measuring the circumference in cm you can measure the live weight in kg on the reverse side of the tape.
In determining the dead weight of PIGS the chest circumference of the animal is measured. The dead weight can be read on the reverse side of the measuring tape.
