EASY TO INSTALL
1. Break off the plastic clutch from the top first;
2. To remove the motor from the housing so that you can get a better grip on that brass nut;
3. Using a pair of adjustable pliers with good teeth to hold on to that brass nut while you are unscrewing from the bottom of the motor (it's reverse thread so you need to turn it counterclockwise to get it off)
