According to the experience from our customers, having the right software version is the key to success with this cable, the PC or laptop OS version, driver versionï¼Œand data management software.
1. Example 1: This product does NOT work with Diasend, Tconnect and Freestyle Auto-Assist.
2. Example 2: For the Freedom Lite FreeStyle meter, you need to use copilot software. Auto Assist software does NOT work with this cable. 15-second is enough to upload 2-month data from meter to PC/laptop.
3. Example 3: Try not to use the driver from Abbott, which may not work with this cable. If necessary, make a driver update from the device manager in the system folder, using the internet to search for the driver.
4. Example 4: This cable does NOT work on Mac unless you want to use a third party software. On Mac platform It only works with Carelink.
