Digitally remastered and expanded deluxe two CD edition of the classic 1990 album by Barclay James Harvest. Welcome to the Show was the first studio work by the band for three years and was regarded as one of the highlights of their later work. Featuring excellent material such as John Lees' 'Cheap the Bullet' (also a single), 'John Lennon's Guitar', 'Lady MacBeth', 'If Love is King' and Les Holroyd's 'Halfway to Freedom', 'Where Do We Go' and 'Shadows on the Sky', Welcome To The Show was a successful album in Europe and spawned an equally successful tour. This expanded Deluxe edition includes the bonus track "Stand Up" (issued as a single in 1992 and also from the various artists album Darwin - The Evolution), and significantly a bonus CD of unreleased live material recorded at the band's 25th Anniversary concert at the Town & Country Club, London on 16th February 1992. This Esoteric Recordings edition has been newly remastered from the original master tapes and features a lavishly illustrated booklet with essay by Keith and Monika Domone and many rare photographs.
