You can use white chocolate chunks in any recipe calling for white chocolate, including candy, fondue, cookies, frosting, dessert bars, icings, and more. No matter how you use Barry Callebaut White Chocolate Chunks, you’ll love the smooth and creamy result. How do you melt white chocolate chunks? Melting white chocolate is a little different than chocolate because it has a lower burning point. But, don’t worry. Just follow these tips for success. You can melt Barry Callebaut White Chocolate Chunks using a double boiler or microwave. When melting white chocolate, consider using a candy thermometer to check the temperature.
