Organic Raw Blue Agave is ideal for sweetening beverages like coffee and lemonade, or for topping oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, cereal and more. It is also great in smoothies, iced tea, or cocktails as it dissolves quickly in cold beverages. Agave is easy to bake with as well. Try it wherever you would use sugar. Blue Agave has a Low Glycemic Index (GI), so it is slowly absorbed into the body, preventing spikes in blood sugar. It is 1-1/4 times sweeter than sugar, so you can use less to achieve your perfect level of sweetness.
