How to use:

Wool-it should be used at the first signs of discomfort and when a hotspot can be felt. Pull a small amount of fleece off your bundle of Wool-it and tease the fleece out with you fingers to aerate it. Pad, pack or weave the fleece around the affected area or potential pressure point. Hold the Wool-it in position and pull on your sock, making sure that the Wool-it doesn't move from the required area. The fibres in the fleece will bind to the fibres in you sock, ensuring that the fleece stays in place. Once you are ready to remove the fleece, simply remove your sock and peel the felted wool from it, it should come away with a little tug.

The fleece can also be used to add padding to pointe shoes used in ballet. To do this simply take a small handful of wool-it, tease it out and wrap it around the toes to form a uniform pad. Then replace your tights and the fleece will stay in place, providing comfort and preventing blisters.
