Step One: Pressing the red button on the left side of scooter
Step Two: Lift the handlebar to vertical position (During the lifting, please don't stop pressing the button till the handlebar in the vertical position)
Step Three: Push the handlebar ahead and you could hear clicking sound, which means the handlebar is locked.

Two steps to fold the scooter:
Step One: Pressing the red button
Step Two: Push down the handlebar to the deck
