- WORK YOUR ENTIRE BODY -This T bar row platform is a ground-based rotational training device that works the entire body
- 360 ROTATION - This t bar row pivots side to side and top to bottom for a variety of exercises. And a total body workout.
- FITS MULTIPLE BARS - This landmine attachment has two pivoting sleeves. The 12” sleeve fits standard olympic size bars and the 4” sleeve fits standard 1” bars.
- BUILT TO LAST - The Xtreme Monkey t bar platform is 35lbs solid Steel w/ a 10mm Base, so it won’t be going anywhere.
- INSTALL OPTIONS - Either use the holes to drill into the ground or add weight onto the stub to hold in place. Also PORTABLE.
A ground-based rotational training device that works the entire body. Perform explosive 1- and 2-arm movements and other rotational exercises simply by inserting any Olympic-size bar (not included) into the 12" pivoting sleeve at the units base. A 4" sleeve is also available to hold standard 1" bars.
