YIZHIHUA 0F97190SRV Voltage Regulator PCB Fit for Generac Generator 81918 83049 083049 0830490SRV 83049GS SRV83049 F9719 0F9719 Replacement 0F97190SRV, Standard
【Applicable Models】: The 0F9719/0F97190SRV/083049 automatic voltage regulator is available for virtually the entire Generac generator line and comes in a variety of configurations. Replaceable and interchangeable with 81918, 83049, 083049 0830490SRV, 83049GS, SRV83049, F9719, 0F9719, 0F97190SRV models. But this regulator is not suitable for 0G2885/0G2885A/0G28850SRV voltage regulator. Please check carefully whether the model is consistent before purchasing.
【Compatible】: This 0F97190SRV automatic voltage regulator replaces the old version 083049 and is compatible with other part numbers including F9719, 0F9719, 083049, 83049, etc. If your unit does not have a heatsink, part number 083048, this is also a replacement for this regulator, but you will need to use longer screws to hold it in place as the heatsink will stick out further.
【Function】:If your generator's output voltage is too high, it's likely that a component is damaged and needs to be replaced. A voltage regulator regulates the voltage output of your generator to ensure a stable and continuous supply of power, providing a safer and more efficient experience.
【Durability】:The voltage regulator is made of high-quality materials and processed through multiple precision processes. It is not easy to be damaged, is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, has high reliability, stable performance, is sturdy and durable, and has a long service life. Designed with safety in mind, the voltage regulator is equipped with a metal potentiometer and is no longer prone to high voltage failures.
【Simplified Installation】: Easy installation, direct replacement. Once this regulator is installed into your device, you will need to adjust it properly. This requires a high-quality digital voltmeter and a small flat-blade screwdriver. After installing the new voltage regulator, determine if the frequency is correct. Set the mechanical speed regulator to 62Hz (no load). Set the electronic speed regulator to 60Hz (no load). After making sure the frequency is correct, measure the AC output. Voltage should be 124VAC (62Hz, no load) or 120VAC (60Hz, no load). If the voltage is too high or too low, adjust the brass screw in the blue trimpot next to the red LED to the correct voltage.
