- VISE JAW COVER: Yost Vises MU360 Universal 6 Inch Jaw Cover is made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and can be used on any metal vise for holding wood, metal, plastic, tubing, threaded items safely protecting any product flat or round.
- TECHNICAL SPECS: 6” (15.2mm) vise jaw covers feature Special designed diamond pattern surface holds and protects parts while clamping. Designed to fit any 4-6 in. (76-152mm) vise jaw; (3) Three strong embedded magnets keep jaw covers in place securely versus (2) magnets.
- USE WITH: The magnetic jaw covers are great with variety of vises: bench vises, drill press vises, milling vises and so forth; The distance from the outer edges of the magnets is 3-3/4”, allowing jaw covers to be used on a 4" vise up to a 6" vise. If you have a 4” vise, easily trim off the jaw cover excess
- HOW TO USE: Make sure vise is securely mounted to the workbench and the swivel base lock are secure. Open the vise by turning the vise handle counterclockwise. Place item between the serrated jaws. Close the vise by turning the vise handle clockwise until the item is snug in the serrated jaws, continue to tighten until you can no longer move item. Don't over tighten as this may damage item and or the vise. When finished working on the item, turn screw handle counterclockwise to release the item.

Yost MU-360 Plastic Jaws are designed to fit most 4" to 6" (76-152mm) vise jaw. These universal jaws feature three high strength magnets (unlike other jaws that only feature two). The distance from the edges of the magnets is 3-3/4â€, allowing them to be used on a 4" vise up to a 6" vise. The plastic design prevents damage to your project. These jaws feature a prism (diamond) groove pattern. This design more effectively grips products than traditional horizontal grooves or standard smooth jaws. If your vise is <6â€ jaw width, simply easily trim off the jaw cover excess beyond magnet outer edges of 3-3/4â€.
