Yost Tools F106 6" FClamp
DUAL CLUTCH ADJUSTABLE ARM: the cast iron arm features two clutch plates to grip the serrated steel rail. This design holds the arm in place for better clamping pressure; the swivel jaw pad is built to grip various shapes. The plastic cap is used to prevent damage to delicate projects.
COMFORT GRIP HANDLE: The ergonomic plastic main handle is easier to use than traditional wood handles, and it provides more torque for better gripping power.
HOW TO USE: A common use for an F-clamp is to hold a number of workpieces in place, without any movement, while the glue which will bond them together sets. First Choose and apply the glue. Then position the parts and place the F-Clamp over the attached parts and close the jaws. Make sure to spread the pressure. The clamping pressure should be spread evenly, meaning on large workpieces more than one clamp may be needed. Leave the clamps holding the parts together until the glue has set.
YOST VISES QUALITY: Every Yost Vises tool is engineered to have high standards of quality, strength, and durability. We value quality over quantity and manufacture products that are safe and easy to use. We offer lifetime tech support to back our quality guarantee.
SAFETY INFORMATION: Misuse of vises can cause serious injury to eyes, hands and or other body parts. Vises must be set up and used properly. Before setup and use, read, understand, and follow all instructions outlined in the manual.
