HOW TO PRACTICE 1) Find a safe place first. There are no people or objects nearby that can be damaged or injured by slingshots. It's safe to play without hurting others by mistake. 2) Prepare a water bottle or other target, and place it about 3 meters away from us. 3) Slingshots loaded and mud balls are recommended (cheap, water bottles can be hit many times). 4) There are many kinds of postures. We recommend that you use the most comfortable bow holding posture, which can ensure that we are not easy to fatigue while playing slingshot. In order to form a muscular memory, we should keep this postures when we play slingshot in the future. 5) When the slingshot is opened, the two bands should be kept the same length. The two bands and bow eye should be on the same plane. You can practice correction in front of the mirror. 6) Backhand positioning. At the beginning, you can mark the position on your face with adhesive tape, which will be remembered naturally over a long period of time. 7) Looking for the aiming point. The general aiming point is located at the top of the upper arch eyelid band. In a word, we recommend that you put the aiming point on the bow eye, so that you can find it clearly every time. 8) Adjust. In general, if we can't shoot accurately, it's better to adjust the backhand, that is, the hand which pull the bands. For example, if hit the top of the target, adjust the backhand up, and vice versa. What about left or right? In fact, it's very simple, as long as we keep the upper and lower bands overlapping with our eyes, we can hardly deviate left and right.
