Zahn #2

In Zahn #2, Zahn is determined that in order to protect his beloved Varda, he will need an army. He and his newest ally, the mysterious Cauldron (whom Zahn meets in Striptease #1) journey to the dreaded Tower of Dead Dreams. There they hope to free a band of barbarians and warriors who will join their crusade to free their homeland from impending doom.

Zahn and Cauldron are immediately ensnared in the lascivious grip of the evil Nymphmen. The two warriors are made to lust after one another for their captors amusement. Unable to break their captor s spell, Zahn and Cauldron have no choice but to obey, and soon enough the demonic Nymphmen decide it is time to feast on the flesh of these two muscular warriors.

Narrowly escaping with their lives, Zahn and Cauldron manage to defeat the Nymphmen and rescue four captive warriors from the Tower. Uogo, Meezok, Selar and Lyrus pledge their loyalty to Zahn and agree to fight for Varda s liberation.

But Zahn s need to remember his past still gnaws at him. In a desperate attempt to gain answers, he summons Zijnayu, the seer of the spring, knowing full well that Zijnayu will exact a high price for his help.

And while all of this transpires, mysteries are unveiled and the truth about the lingering threat that threatens to destroy Varda begins to reveal itself... as do Zahn s true origins. The question is... is the Son of Winter ready to face the truth about who he is and his what his ultimate destiny may hold? Only time will tell.
