- Of all of the cars from the Gasser Wars, the Stone Woods & Cook car is arguably the most popular. Fred Stone, Doug Cook, and Leonard Woods raced a variety of black and blue Willys cars. In the late 60s the team switched over to a Mustang body, and in the early Ô70 raced a Funny Car. But it will always be the Willys Gassers that Stone Woods & Cook will best be remembered by. The Swindler II used a supercharged Olds engine and raced in A/Gas Supercharged class and B/Gas Supercharged class.
