1.When you use USB Cable to connect with your PC and iclever Ultra-Slim DVD-RW DRIVE, the iclever Ultra-Slim DVD-RW DRIVE may doesn't get enough power to work, so you can insert DC Cable to Power Supply Equipment to connect with your iclever Ultra-Slim DVD-RW DRIVE firstly, then connect PC and iclever Ultra-Slim DVD-RW DRIVE with USB Cable to solve the issue.
2.Please connect the device to the direct USB port on your computer. If you connect it to a USB hub or extension cords, it maybe cannot recognize the Driver or read the CD/DVD.
3.For the desktops, please connect it to the USB port of the motherboard for normal use.
4.This drive is not fully compatible with computers of windows 10 system due to the compatibility issues between windows 10 itself and the external hardware.
