â€¢Wi-Fi setup issue, please make sureï¼š
1) your phone is not connecting to a 5G Wi-Fi signal.
2) the wifi password has at least 8 characters and no special character in the wifi password such as !@#$%^&*()_+.
3) for Andriod phone the first digit of wifi password is not "0".
4) your wifi is using "dynamic" IP address instead of "static" (you can confirm that with your internet provider).
â€¢inconsistent signal, it could be due to:
1) too many devices sharing the same internet network.
2) the IP camera is too far from the router if using Wi-Fi connection.
â€¢other quality and setup issue, please insert a pin to the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds for reset
