- 1. Hydrothermal synthesis reactor's shell is made of quality stainless steel.304L, also support SS316L staninless steel and copper material.
- 2. Liner materials is special PPL.
- 3. Safe temperature is 280°C.
- 4. Working pressure ≤3 Mpa (surface pressure).
- 5. Tempe heating and cooling speed: ≤ 5℃/ min.

PPL lined high pressure digestion tank safe operating temperature is 280â„ƒ,which could rapidly dissolve the refractory material
under the reactor's inner strong acid or strong base and high temperature & high pressure airtight environment.

Features of PPL lined Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactor:

1. High temperature resistance: PPL material actual measuring operating temp. is higher than 280â„ƒ, advise safe operating temp. â‰¤ 280â„ƒ.

2. Low temperature resistance: -196â„ƒ could keep 5%.

3. Ultra corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acid, strong base, aqua regia and all kinds of organic solvent.

4. Insulation resistance: dielectric properties have nothing to do with temperature and frequency.

5. High lubrication: the friction coefficient of solid materials is lowest.

6. No adhesion: don't adhere to any material, self lubricity is strong, the friction coefficient of solid materials is 0.04.

7. Non hazardous: has physiologically inert, can be embedded in human body, strong aging resistance, guarantee hydrothermal synthesis reactor long service life.

8. Anti-pollution: the baseline value of metallic element is low, lead content <10-11g/ml, uranium content <10-12g/ml.

9. Leakproof: falling down from 1.2m high place, hydrothermal synthesis reactor body is no fracture, reactor lid is not loose, no break and leakage phenomenon.
