How to use with fondant or sugar paste?
1. Wash and dry fondant molds well before use and lightly dust with corn flour to ease release.
2. Keeping silicone mold on a flat firm surface, push in a smooth ball of paste. Press paste evenly
and firmly into silicone mold without overfilling.
3. Use a rolling pin and apply even pressure to ensure all areas are full and the base is flat.
4. Scrape away any excess paste then push paste away from the edges so that you get a clean release.
5. Turn over fondant mold and release paste embellishment gently onto a clean surface.

Warm Note:
1. Wash the silicone mold in warm water before use.
2. Do not expose the fondant mold to temperatures that 240â„ƒ or gas mark 9.
3. Acid from some goods may stain the silicone moulds but will not affect performance.
4. Never use the mold on a gas/electric stove top or under grills in the oven.
5. When using the mold do not use sharp kitchen utensils that may cause personal injury or damage to the silicone moulds.
