Have you found something you REALLY want, only to discover the store will not ship it to you? Or are you looking for the convenience and security of someone taking care of all the pricing guesswork, customs, insurance, delivery and unforseen problems for you?

If so, our custom import service is what you would be looking for! We charge a minimal handling fee, and will quote you a FINAL price including all Duties, VAT, Insurance (once it arrives at our offices), clearance fee's and all the other fee's which can generally creep into the final landed price!

Once the unit arrives at our USA office, it would then take roughly 10 working days to arrive with our SA office. We will then check, package and dispatch through to your door. It's never been easier or cheaper!

1. We take no responsibility for the quality, authenticity or correctness of the items you select. We will do our best though to let you know if something about the website or product does not look right - and will order exactly as instructed by you.

2. Warranties would need to be taken up directly with the store. We will do our best to assist with the return and re-importation of a replacement, as well as negotiations with the store, but all costs are for your own account. The same would apply to returns and order cancellations.

3. Delivery times are dependant on the store's shipping times. While we will do our best to bring in the item ASAP, all delivery timelines are determined by the store. We are also not responsible for any orders cancelled, or lack of stock availability by the selected store.

4. Once the store has shipped the item to us, the order cannot be cancelled or modified
