This router lift features a 3.5" diameter carriage and is compatible with popular 3-1/2” router models such as Porter Cable 690 / 890, DeWalt 610 / 618, Bosch 1617 / 1618, and Craftsman 1754X / 28190 / 28084, Skil RT1322-00, ensuring versatility and ease of use. The insert plate size is 11-3/4" X 9-1/4" accommodating most of commercial router tables available in the market.
Crafted from CNC machined 3/8” solid aluminum, the insert plate boasts exceptional flatness. It incorporates 10 set screws for precise leveling adjustments. Additionally, the inclusion of 3 locking cam wheels eliminates any gaps in the router table opening, guaranteeing consistent mounting position during every installation.
With a height adjustability range of 3 inches, this router lift allows you to effortlessly change router bits without the need to remove the router from the carriage, saving you time and effort.
The height adjustment screw has a pitch of 20 teeth per inch, meaning that each revolution adjusts the height by 0.05 inches. The inclusion of a zeroing index ring with a 50-angle scale allows for precise control, enabling adjustments as small as 1/1000 of an inch. Additionally, the height screw locking device prevents any minimal movement caused by router vibrations, ensuring consistent cutting depth throughout your work.
Included with this router lift are 5 insert rings, offering optimal stock support for the use of various sizes of router bits. The sizes of the insert rings include 3/8", 1", 1-1/4" (compatible with guide bushings), 1-7/8", and 2-5/8", coping with to your diverse routing needs.
