The components of your LAEGENDARY RC Car, except as stated below, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This excludes any normal wear and tear or damages, caused by the user, including but not limited to incorrect maintenance. Batteries â 1 month; Electronic components - 6 months; Engines â 1 year. If defect(s) are found in materials, workmanship or assembly BEFORE the product has been run or started, we will exchange the entire product. In order to do so, the product must be returned complete, in good condition, and in its original packaging. We do not offer a replacement (new) product for products that have been used in any manner. If the product has been used, only a component level warranty is available. Not covered by warranty: Damages resulting from crashes, including component failure or premature wear as a result of crash damage, lack of maintenance, improper use, or abuse. Normal wear and tear items include but not limited to: worn-out brake parts, clutch shoes, drive outputs, drive shafts, gears, wheels, and others. The RC cars are deemed to be IPX 4 water-resistant, but NOT entirely waterproof â do NOT run the car in water higher than 1-1.5 inches.
