This premium extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from Picual olives by a recently-formed local cooperative in the Sierra de Cazorla (Spain) strictly following organic production methods. This oil is non-blended, non-refined and above all, exceptionally healthy and flavorful. Acidity: 0.12%. Polyphenol antioxidants: 439 mg/Kg.
