Brushless DC Motor Controller, DROK 6.5-24V 12V 12A Sensorless Hallless Three-phase Electronic Motor Driver Board 0-5V PLC High-speed BLDC ESC with Potentiometer for Water Air Oil Pump
PARAMETER --- operating voltage DC 7-24V; drive current 12A rated; max speed 224000 RPM (2-pole motor), 74000 RPM (6-pole motor), 40000 RPM (12-pole motor), 35000RPM (14-pole motor).
APPLICATION --- all kinds of industrial control electric tools such as air pump, water pump, oil pump and fan which use DC three-phase brush-less motor.
PROTECTION --- overheat protection; motor stall protection
POTENTIOMETER --- with potentiometer to regulate the speed. Adjust the potentiometer clockwise to accelerate and counter-clockwise to decelerate.
ANALOG QUANTITY CONTROL --- can be applicable to external PLC 0-5 analog quantity control.
3-phrase Brushless Sensorless DC Motor Speed Controller
Potentiometer instruction: 1. The potentiometer can regulate speed, doesn't need an external control signal. 2. It is also applicable to external PLC 0-5 analog quantity control. Unplug the potentiometer cable, the external 0-5 analog quantity control signal and ground line, respectively connected with the brush-less driver board input signal end, only needs two lines connection.
Attention: 1. Default medium angle. 2. For long time high current work, please use fan to enhance heat dissipation. It is designed with overheat protection. When the external heat dissipation condition of the ESC is poor, the power is automatically reduced when the temperature exceeds 100 degrees, and it will recover when the temperature drops to 100 degrees. 3. The power supply circuit on the main board has no fuse, it is suggested to install by own. Please note that don't connect reserve the positive and negative of the power supply, it will cause the chip on the board to be permanently damaged (even if it is only 1s). 4. There is motor stall protection during normal operation. Since the module power and current are very large, please do not artificially short circuit when the module is not working normally. Once short circuited, it may burn the line. Please use low current and voltage to the test for the first wiring, after confirming it is ok, then work with higher current or higher voltage 5. Do not connect to motor that is obviously inconsistent with the parameter of the drive module to avoid damage.
