Candidum, Geo Candidum 17 minimizes proteolysis activity and lengthens storage time of ripened cheese. You will still need MM culture too to make Camembert or Brie cheese. We cannot accept food based, perishable products on return. This pouch will go along way and only a tiny pinch is needed to two gallons of milk.
