It started when I cracked the fat loss code, twice.

I was eating mostly a protein-rich diet, with plenty of greens and light cardio exercise. Then I remembered two subtle changes that I implemented previously, and like magic, after a couple of weeks the fat started melting off of me again.
So, what was it?
First, I got my exercise regimen in place. Nothing epic, just cardio and simple weights, which you are probably already doing, right? If so, you are 1/3 the way there. (weights are not mandatory, but are just another switch to expedite the process) Next, I started eating better; more protein and greens, and less carbs. This, you are probably striving for, so you are nearly there already. Lastly, and this is the lynchpin, I removed just a few items from my diet which were PREVENTING ME FROM LOSING WEIGHT. That’s it.
I simply flipped the “switches†that created the perfect storm for fat loss and lost another 5 pounds.
