Fittersitters activities are fun, creative and valuable. There are warm-ups, cool downs, vigorous exercises, and many opportunities for the development and improvement of range of motion, body spatial orientation, lateral and bilateral activities. Fittersitters challenges the brain, and offers muscle strengthening exercises for the heart, legs, neck, feet, arms, fingers and more. The use of simple props, such as paper plates and rubber balls enhance the physical and fun experience. Have a seat and let's go!
